ALL PACKAGE PRICES ARE PER PERSON BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY. SINGLE OCCUPANCY NOT PERMITTED. WEEKEND PACKAGES ARE ANY PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT STAY.

NO SINGLE OCCUPANCY
We understand that last minute cancellations are sometimes necessary. Two options apply for last minute cancellations, in either case the deposit is forfeited by the person cancelling.
A. Other occupant may remain single in room for an additional charge of $50 per night.
B. Room is cancelled and the remaining occupant joins another pair for triple occupancy.

DEPOSIT POLICY
Confirm two-night or three-night reservations with a $100 per person deposit. Deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of the designated length of your stay. Deposits will be returned, less $15.00 service charge per person cancelled, if written notice is given at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. When mailing deposits, send check or money order. If making a deposit by telephone, we accept credit and debit cards for deposits.
